The switch has been flipped! Leaders from The City of Paris and Today’s Power in Little Rock gathered on August 6 for the ceremonial flipping of the switch to celebrate the completion of a 1.5-megawatt solar array project. According to Talk Business & Politics, “The 4,900-panel array was built on 9 acres on North Hickory Street in Paris and is expected to produce 70.74 million kilowatt-hours of solar energy over the next 25 years. TPI owns the array, and the city will purchase electricity produced by the array through a 20-year agreement.”
